I love the simply designed character boxes. I was expecting these to be released much later but it actually arrived not so long after their announcement.

Here we go! Two weirdos! And I love them! My favorite is obviously the Pumpkin Rapper. Who thought he would be released? And definitely, he will be useful for every Halloween.

Sadly for King Sphinx, it has a major issue with its wings. They don’t peg in due to the peg been too small. I got it on using Gorilla glu-tac but that won’t even hold it in place. The only real way to fix it is by super glue which I like to avoid.

King Sphinx comes with two alternate hands, staff, and an orange special effect for his staff. If you look carefully, you will see a lot of “?” design on the effect so this is made specifically for this character and not for reuse which is interesting for Hasbro. They tend to design something so that it can be recycled forever.

Pumpkin Rapper comes with two variants of his green whip, two extra hands, and 3 pumpkins!

Bad-ass shot! We’ve seen the King with Goldar in the show so I have him beside but the King is huge! He’s a bit too huge. They were supposed to be the same size in the show so it kind of make Gordar tiny.

By the way sorry for the white burned photos. I’ve done an irreversible batch render by mistake.

Finally having a Sunday morning villain really add so much to the Power Rangers collection!

Now, my favorite! And as you can see, you can swap the Putty head with the pumpkin like in the show! Awesome!

I love Halloween more than Christmas and this guy will be a centerpiece for that every year from now on!

Morphin Time!
For some reason, these Putty look far more menacing after they got a pumpkin on their head and I LOVE IT!

And YES, you can swap the pumpkin onto the Rangers head too! Exactly like in the show! I am grateful to Hasbro for giving us three pumpkins instead of one.

Overall, I enjoyed playing with these figures. One tiny thing is that the figures are definitely too big. They look like they are from another line. I know they wanted to make them look like a boss but having Godar beside really makes him puny.

Now if you didn’t know, there are people inside these suits! SPOILER!!! And that means they are supposed to be not so different from the Rangers but they are HUGE!  I rather get a smaller King Sphyinx and match up with Gordar. May be give us smaller screen accurate versions from now on and if Hasbro wants to charge us a high price, just offer us more accessories. Like I don’t mind Pumpkin Head been smaller and getting two more pumpkins instead so that I can make all five Rangers a pumpkin.

But regardless, I love this release. Keep it coming Hasbro. And can you give us a smile face Rita? Actually, give us a Deluxe one with a ton of accessories. I am sure we all want a happy Rita.
