The promotion images on the box speak for itself. This figure is beautiful!

And YES! She’s perfect! She’s exactly like Ochoko is in the anime. The proportion is on the spot and her facial expressions are fantastic!

The amazing thing about this figure is that the clear part of the helmet has minimal facial distortion. If Max Factory used some cheap plastic with uneven wrapping, the reflected light would have made Ochako’s face look distorted much much more.

Ochako comes with three facial plates. A happy face and a yelling face and her default smile face. She also comes with a rock that you can connect to the base to make it look levitate but my base came broken sadly.

OH MY GOD, SHE’S SO CUTE WHAT SHALL I DO!?
OH YEA, TAKE PHOTOS!!! LOL

I am so sure 1-A students would be excited to see such iconic superheroes as Spider-Man!
If you haven’t heard, the author is greatly influenced by Marvel and DC comics and a lot of My Hero Academia characters are directly inspired too.

I think the best thing about this figure is this thumbs up hand!! It’s so iconic for Ochako and I am so happy they included it!

Not to forget, Ochako is not a letdown. She can handle the situation quite well on her own. Her signature move is actually a basic skill that all police officer learns in Japan and having her do that add some realism to her character too.

Thinking of it, her anti-gravity quirk is a bit OP if she can use it to the fullest potential. I don’t know the limit of her power but if it’s maximized, can’t she send her opponent outside Earth’s atmosphere? When you aren’t pulled in by Earth’s gravity, the momentum will keep the object moving. If this is the case, she can help humanity to explore space much better because she can launch a space shuttle without it needing to use so much energy. OR she can even launch up materials up to space. She can cut trillions of dollars easily just by herself.  What are you doing Ochako? You can offer far superior service to mankind by working for Nasa!!

Nope. Screw that. Ochako wants to stay with Deku. Screw Nasa.
But if she can cancel out gravity, can she do the reverse? I mean, multiply gravity? If she can, she would be one of the strongest characters in the series.
Wait! Ditch that idea! If you can do such a thing, just grab some pencil lead and maximize the gravity pressure and you can alter its molecular bond to make a diamond!! Quick Ochako! Go work for De Beers group! The largest Diamond company! You can earn billions easily!

I really think the series can have more Ochako. Deku’s One For All quirk is powerful and we know he’s a hard worker already. But Ochako’s power isn’t fully established and at the moment, she probably needs to learn more hand to hand combat to compete with other powerful quirk characters.

Even Kacchan considered Ochako worthy. And as a hero, I think Ochako has way more potential than most. She can use her quirk to rescue multiple people out from danger or move insanely super heavy stuff easily without damaging it. Fighting a villain isn’t the only thing important for a hero.

Oh, btw, the figure has absolutely no foot or ankle articulation. None. Zip. And that’s ok. They could have given her a foot joint but that would break the boot line. If yours came with a proper base, you can make her floating anyway. Mine? Well, my Ochako is depressed that her base is a defect.

So what do I think of this figure? CUTE!!! Other than her lack of articulation on her foot and ankle, she can do a lot of decent poses. I have absolutely no complaints. Now, where is our Froppy? We also need Eraser Head and All Might too! But most importantly, where is my favorite Hatsume!?

Oh? How about the villain. Yes, we need some of it. What? Shigaraki? Screw that gives me Toga! We all know Shigaraki’s coming! Where’s my Toga and Hatsume!?
