Figure News: Ultimate 1/12 Scale Iron Man!? ML, Mafex, S.H.Figuarts, Figma, Comicave KILLER!? Here comes the Threezero Iron Man 1/12 Scale Figure.

We may get an ultimate Iron Man figure release.

This is my first time doing a blog on a figure that is not yet released but I thought this is a very important figure that I must write about.

For more detailed photos and information, please continue below!

This insanely detailed diecast 1/12 scale Iron Man Mark 43 figure is from Threezero. They are known to do 1/6 scale mechanical figures like Transformers but they are also known to do many other franchises such as Game of Thrones and Ultraman. And I must say. No one was expecting them to do a 1/12 scale, Iron Man. It was a surprise.

And Threezero is solid. I have their Optimus Prime but it’s insanely detailed and the joints are great. And we can see this reflected all around this armor.

Now, this figure is said to be released in the 3rd Quarter 2021 for only $89.99. And I said “only” because Comparing to Mafex Mark 43 that is completely plastic made sold for 7,800 yen. That’s about $75. Figma is selling their Mark 43 for 8148 yen which is roughly $78. S.H.Figuarts is selling theirs for 5,800 yen which is roughly $55. And they are all plastic made. Comicave is 75% diecast but it’s not a true 1/12 scale. It’s smaller and the price range is roughly around $100~$130.
So considering what you are paying for, $89.99 for a diecast figure with this much detail, I consider this a rival killer.

Oh, did I mention he lights up? From this image, it seems the Threezero Iron Man figure has a light-up feature. If that is the case, it is a nail to the coffin to most competetor.

I love Mafex, S.H.Figuarts, Figma, and Marvel Legends (I don’t own Comicave). But the thing is, my loyalty is to a company that respects back. And I think A lot of business lacks that. My Youtube video speaks in detail so if you do have some time, I wish you can watch it.

Seriously, comparing to my video, this blog is really nothing much and I just couldn’t add so much time to it because I am posting two on Christmas Eve and two blogs on Christmas Day as well as I hope to launch one Christmas video as well. But the video speaks about how some businesses lacks the base fundamental of customer service. And that we can see in toy companies too.

Purely amazing. That level of detail in such a small surface area. It’s a mini Hot Toys figure for sure.

And if you are a fan of a particular company, worry not. If that company does care, it will look at this and will raise its own bar to compete. Life is all about competition. There’s not break. It has always been the survival of the fittest. Trust me. I run a company. I painfully know that.

And if you really want your favorite company to be successful, you must be critical about them. Been a softy will only help them fail. Like for example, Mafex. I love what they do. I have been supporting them more than anyone outside of Japan. I have been a fan of RAH series. But they are sloppy. They always have major QC issues. And their price is ridiculously high for no good reasons comparing to their competitor. And they aren’t small. They are way bigger than Threezero. There is no excuse to be sloppy. And now they want to charge you $140 for their Endgame Iron Man. Why? When there are no reasons for punching higher prices, it is always from greed. Nothing else.

And when a company becomes sloppy and greedy, another company will come to kick them down. And that has always been the case in business history. And that is happening here too. I love Mafex and will keep buying them. But I ain’t here to give them my money for no reason. I am sure Threezero will be making as much of Iron Man as they can including the Endgame version. And for an $89 price range, NO, I do not need the Mafex one. Especially when I know Threezero is one of the best when it comes to diecast robot style figures.

So this is a good wake-up call for all other competitors. It’s a good wake-up call for Mafex too. And that is great. I want them to all be successful. And this can’t be done if they are sloppy. And again, my blog is nothing compared to the detail I went over in my video so if you do have some time, I wish you can hit the video and also let me know what you all think.
Thank you very much and hope you enjoy your Christmas holiday!!
